Great place to live!
July 26, 2016Quiet and nice complex to live in. I live in a one bedroom it has a large master bedroom, a large walk in closet, and a storage room attached to the apartment. Also has a decent size patio area for each apartment. Dishwasher and garbage disposal in the kitchen. Old apartments & out of town owners
July 11, 2016The apartments are in okay shape. Buildings are old. A lot of the wooden walk ways need replacing. The only plus is that the apartment complex is quiet. Owners are out of state and are only concerned about the money. Part of the perks could be swimming in the pool. However, management decided this year to start repairs on the pool the week before Memorial Day weekend. The pool is still not open even though it is after 4th of July. I guess that they decided the residents weren't worth ...the effort. Laundry room is nice but no a/c Really hot to do laundry in. Although they spray for bugs bi-monthly. Still see bugs (two nights ago) and have had problems with mice. Two weeks ago, was told by neighbor to be aware of snakes as she had seen one on her balcony and it had moved down to mine. Bottom line: If you want a quiet older apartment complex to live in, then this will work. But after the pool incident, I think it would be my last choice if I had to rent again. Nice place to live!
January 20, 2016I moved to Pine Ridge in May of 2015 and I must say I'm glad I picked Pine Ridge. Very nice and quite area, friendly neighbors, Great Manager, everything is always clean and kept up. Never have any problems here. If anything every go wrong maintience is always here and on time to fix the problem. I feel safe here and I love it! October 12, 2015I love where I live on the edge of Gadsden and Glencoe. Even though I live in an apartment, it doesn't feel like apartment life to me. The area is safe, quite & friendly. Perfect Place to Live!
October 2, 2015I have been at Pine Ridge a little over a year now. I had a friend recommend the complex to me when I decided to move out on my own. I checked them out right away and was very pleased with what I saw. The manager is super nice and very accommodating! I fell in love with my apartment the moment I saw it! The rooms are spacious and the storage is great! The apartments as well as the grounds are always kept up nicely. If there is ever a maintenance issue, it is taken care of in a timely manner! THIS IS HOME
September 29, 2015MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS. THE LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT AND THE NEIGHBORS ARE QUIET. THE APARTMENTS INSIDE ARE SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. THE CARPETS ARE KEPT UP WITH AS WELL AS THE PAINT, APPLIANCES AND SO FORTH. ALSO, THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDINGS ARE CLEANED FREQUENTLY. THROUGHOUT THE YEAR,THE LANDSCAPING IS KEPT NEAT AND CLEAN AS WELL . WE LOVE THERE IS A LOT OF SPACE FOR PARKING AND THAT THE PARKING LOT IS KEPT UP IN GOOD CONDITION. THE POOL IS VERY NICE IN THE SUMMER. ...IT IS ALWAYS KEPT CLEAN WHICH WE APPRECIATE VERY MUCH.PLUS, MANAGEMENT JUST PUT IN NEW POOL CHAIRS WHICH IS NICE.
