December 19, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comAs a junior - this is the best living situation I’ve had. I spent 2 years on campus and pine rock apartments are significantly nicer and newer than my previous arrangements. The private bedroom and bathroom are a massive upgrade over the dorm living.

We also had a repairs that we were told would get fixed before we moved in which we never fix throughout the entire lease term.
