Beautiful Place, Poorly Managed

The management here sacrifices the beauty of the complex. It truly is a well designed, structured community, however, attempting to reach out to for help with property issues will get nothing but an attitude and likely be blamed on you. Be careful while living here, they try to take advantage of the tenants and hide their mistakes so take care of yourself by gathering your own evidence.

Horrible Experience

Horrible experience. This establishment is simply driven by money, they provide the bare minimum and charge top tier. When I first moved in the apartment was dirty and the drains were clogged. There were unexpected power and water outages multiple times with no notice. They charge fees for putting out the garbage the wrong day even it is the right day and schedule all together is confusing. They just recently wrongfully entered the property I was renting for a filter change with no notice at all, ...
no one else got the filter change. Also, it’s a pain to get in contact with the property manager or assistant manger. I’ve requested several call back or even emails with no success over multiple months. And the buildings or simply poorly made, you can hear normal level conversations through the wall. Don’t get me started on the garage openers shaking the walls. Do better Pine Valley.

Renters Beware

I didn’t have any issues at Pine Valley up until it was time to move out. I provided adequate notice and was provided a list of charges to be paid upon move out that I agreed to. After moving out, they tried to add on additional fees and charge me to replace the carpet in the entire unit. I was only made aware of this after receiving a bill in the mail. The frustrating thing was that the carpet was left cleaned and in great condition. Nothing beyond normal wear and tear. When I reached out to ...
the rental office to ask why I was being charged almost 1200 for carpet, they stated it was because they were charging me because I didn’t stay in the apartment 5 years, which would have covered the cost of the new carpet over time that was put in when I moved in. My lease was only for 1 YEAR! and this was not disclosed to me whatsoever , nor was this anywhere in the terms of my lease. Please beware!!! . Especially If you only plan on living here for a short time. It may not be worth it in the end. Also, If you are moving out ..Do not trust them. Please do a final walk through. I regret not doing this now.

Best apartment living ever!

I have lived here for over a year, and it is a great place to live! It has all the amenities that you can think of, including a garage to park your car. The maintenance team is awesome, and the office staff is always available to assist you, even the on call after hours staff. I felt very safe with my grandchildren riding their bikes in the neighborhood. If I could live in an apartment for ever, Pine Valley Luxury Apartments would be the place!

Pine Valley is a great place to live! I’ve lived here almost 5 years now, and the complex is so well-maintained from the exterior to interior. The maintenance staff is very quick to come fix anything that may come up. The garages are a great plus! I highly recommend!

My fiance and I just moved here and we couldn't have picked a better place. It is a gorgeous neighborhood. Everyone is friendly, the office staff such as Paige and Ruth will help you with anything you need. I like the fact that in summer time you have the choice of either going for a walking swimming in the pool or have a good old fashion cookout on one of their many grills they have in the neighborhood. The pond on the back side of the neighborhood is gorgeous as well.

Great Apartment Complex!

I love Pine Valley Apartments. The apartments are very spacious, and I love the garage feature. It is perfect for those rain or snow days to just pull right into my garage. The complex also is great at clearing the roads and driveways during snow storms as well. Maintenance is very timely with any issue that you may have, and any problem has always been fixed the same day. It is also a great complex for dogs and they are many grassy areas for them. Descent, not worth $1300

Not too shabby "luxury' apartment as they so out it, little 2 bedroomed mini house in a quiet neighborhood in the most dangerous city in MD. It's worth all the discounts they first offer when you move in, but a year later the rent sky rockets! I am a year old here and I pay $1300, not mentioning that $25 fee for valet trash collection is Mandatory! Definitely moving out next April
