Went to tour a unit today. They don't have the 3-bedroom unit they advertised, the unit smelled awful, and there were roaches in the tub.

Do not apply here unless you're 100% sure you’re going to get the apartment. Apart from the $55 application fee, they will keep your $200 holding fee. And purposefully waited 48 hours to give me a denial notification to sidestep the refund policy. The bottom line, they will keep your holding fee if you're not approved.

The office staff was pleasant and helpful and maintenance is fast to respond and very nice neighbors are welcoming and it was clean and bug free I really like it here

Hello everyone! If you are thinking about renting from these apartments, think again. I’ve been living here since April and its been a horrible decision moving here. The ROACHES are bad and they don’t fix anything. I put a work order in for my heater due to it being out since November 16, 2019. I’ve called in every day. As of December 18,2019 my heat blows out cold air. The maintenance men do not know what they’re doing with with the heaters. It took them three weeks to bring me my space ...
heater and then they took it back when they came out to look at my heater again while I was at work. I told them they couldn’t come in my home without me being there. They brought me a space heater again on December 17, 2019, but still told me they fixed the heat. I asked the manager in the office to hire a outside contractor to fix my heat and they told me NO. I needed to contact the corporate office and ask them. She handed me a card with corporate email address. Later that day I write up my letter and call the office and ask them what’s their email address so I can show them what I said to corporate (so there is no he said she said), the lady tells me we don’t have an email address for corporate, just a number and the email address I have is their personal email address and gives me the number so I can call and leave a message November 17, 2019. And my heat still isn’t fixed. my breaker box on top of my roof was melting I heard a bang on December 18, 2019 early morning and started smelling something burning called it in the bring the breaker box on top the roof down and it’s melted. Today is November 20,2019 I still have no heat my own one year old can’t be in my house because it’s so cold in my house they expect this one little heater to heat my three bedroom home. They didn’t even tell me hey we waiting on the part to come nothing. They left my four children and myself in this cold apartment. November 18, 2019 I heard a boom early morning and started smelling something burning I called it in The black thing is the breaker box on top of the roof it started burning...... I placed an application for these apartments on 8/20/18. It's 9/15/18 and they still have not told me if I am approved or denied. I was put on hold and hung up on. I've been put on hold for over 40 minutes and no one ever came back on the line. The leasing agents don't seem to value their job and it shows in their lack of professionalism.
