Great staff
August 25, 2023I just moved out after living at Pinecrest for two years. The staff have always been super nice and the maintenance team is very quick and helpful. However, on my move in day there was people in the apartment replacing the air conditioning unit. There was a hole in the wall of the apartment and there were screws and equipment on the floor. I only got the message that they would be doing this on the day of my move in, so I was not able to arrange another day to come. The apartment itself is not ...great quality, the paint on the walls and trim are done badly and there are even paint droplets on the floor of the kitchen. I enjoyed the amenities of the pool and fitness center, and also appreciated the kind staff. However the apartment itself was not the best. It worked for me because of the cheaper price, even though they charged me for carpet replacement after I moved out, which was 600 dollars. The carpet was replaced before I moved in, so I think they charge everyone no matter what. I would keep this in mind before you move in, and expect them to take your security deposit and charge you for a carpet replacement when you move out.Property Manager Responded

Great management team!
May 8, 2023I rented the unit without taking a physical tour of the property. The virtual floor plan was accurate and the unit was in good shape. The rental staff were very helpful since I was unfamiliar with the area. I was thankful management allowed my two senior dogs that have been an important part of my life for many years. Great Management
November 17, 2022Having previously rented a house for over 30 years where the owner was not very responsive to issues, I am VERY impressed with how quickly maintenance tickets are completed (and impressed by the follow-up) besides their regular maintenance and proactive maintenance. They do an excellent job of notifying us any time something is going to be done in/to the building in which we live. I feel very safe and secure besides enjoy the amenities that are included. The location is great, there is not much ...noise, and I have found that the other residents are friendly. This is a wonderful, convenient place to live. It is "home".Property Manager Responded

Deceiving, Ant problem, unsafe area
July 1, 2021I was denied an in-person tour, and the “digital tour” (which was just on a FaceTime call with poor quality) only outlined the unit, and not the actually building I would be staying in. The building is falling apart, the 2 washers and dryers are always in use. There is an ant problem. The appliances in the unit are very old. Stay away from Pinecrest apartments!Review from Apartments.com
