January 17, 2022First let me start by saying none of the doors that lead you to the inside apartments are never locked which is very unsafe for tenants. Previous owner mad sure the doors were locked. In the past month 3 catalytic converters have been stolen and still management refused to lock the out side doors. When you go to wash in the basement It's like being outside, no heat is being furnished for us in the basement. The new owners of this building could care less about your safety. this management team ...will not provide this building with a generator. When the power is lost in Ferndale your without power from 3-6 days, being summer or winter they could care less if your freezing in your apartment or hot as hell. I give this apartment a zero.
