Your time is not important
August 6, 2021We scheduled an appointment to visit one of the apartments at 2:00PM 3 days prior. We received a confirmation of the appointment the day of the appointment. I arrived a couple minutes early and no one was there to meet me. I called into the automated messaging service, connected with a customer service rep who confirmed my appointment. He advised that I call back and press "3" to get to the main office. Called the main office, and voicemail said they were out of the office today and won't be back ...until Monday. Overall, this experience has been exceptionally poor in customer service and if this is the service of property management, I am glad I am not giving them thousands of dollars in a lease agreement.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
