BAD Roach problem!
November 26, 2022I’ve lived here for 9 months, the first 6 months were just fine. I think I saw maybe two roaches the entire time. The last few months now have been RIDICULOUS! It’s disgusting. My house is clean, I’m not a dirty person. Let me tell you… 1. Found a roach in MY HAIR after I woke up. 2. A Roach decided to travel in my jacket to work with me only to have SOMEONE tell me I had a roach on me!!!!!! 3. Roach fell out of nowhere just NOW and landed on my head. Ewwwwww. (This is the reason I am finally ...writing a review). 4. Just killed two roaches within the past hour. 5. This is not including the many times I’ve killed them before. I literally counted one week, and I’m not kidding when I say that I killed one EVERY single day of the week / weekend at one point! Yes, I’ve asked them to spray and they have more than once. IT IS NOT WORKING! I’ve called and even sent an email to the entire management staff, have I heard back from them? Nope! Go figure. I cannot wait until I get out of these apts! The only good thing about these apts is the maintenance crew! They come out the same day or next to repair whatever I’ve submitted! Residency for 8+ years
October 14, 2019I moved here over 8 years ago. I downsized from a 4 bedroom 2 story house and had a deep concern about finding something nice after living in a house my whole life. I gave the apartment life 2 years before I would get another house... needless to say, almost nine years later and I am still here. I think I might be a bit spoiled because I love not having to take care of issues that come with owning a house. It's quiet here and they are constantly making improvements. The grounds are immaculately ...kept, I like the cleanliness of the place. I would highly recommend this property.
