Moved in Sept 2024 Now, it's April 2025, and none of the maintenance issues have been resolved, despite me reaching out multiple times. Last week, the maintenance team was supposed to come in and address everything on the work order, but when they arrived, he only “fixed” (I say “fixed” because it fell out right after he did it)the fridge bulb and unclogged the garbage disposal. insists everything has been completed. It’s baffling that after proving repeatedly that the work orders aren't being fulfilled, there's still no change. I look Out my window, my work orders are still not complete and the maintenance man’s golf kart is sitting in front of his house or working on cars during office hours Like he’s done some kind of work and deserves a break…? There’s also no parking and the leasing office doesn’t care that the whole fire lane is lined with cars every night, even after complaining we have been stuck in parking spots due to not being able to pull out with cars in front of us in the fire lane. Just a mess in all ways.
