Don’t return deposit
February 27, 2023Property Managers that work for PineTree will not return your deposit. Will say it’s coming then change it up and come up with charges months after you’ve been gone requesting for the deposit back. It shouldn’t be hard to get your deposit back when it say in the lease it will be refunded within 30 days from you moving it. It was over 6 months I was still asking for my deposit. Then that’s when charges got added 6 months after me being in my house. Terrible communicationReview from Apartments.com
Horrible place
July 28, 2022This place is horrible. They do not fix things, I have mold in my apartment i complained about it over a month ago and there still hasn't been done about it. They have not even contacted me at all. They have raised my rent over $200 in the last 3 years.Review from Apartments.com
