This place seems nice quiet and beautiful to outsiders!

Leasing office is a joke, maintenance is full of crap, and the laundry facilities are so outdated you don’t even wanna walk in there. Request for Maintenance is based upon how cool you are with maintenance man. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I recently moved to Pine View Garden, it’s one of the most quiet & well kept apartment. The leasing agent Ms Ali is super professional. She responds promptly and is very friendly & easy to work with. I would recommend Pine View Garden.
