    Love the place and the people until I had an issue with my roommate due to her not paying rent and the management was no help! They told me one thing over the phone but then said another thing in person! Plus the rent is hella high for no reason!

    Apartment size is good and workable. No washer/dryer in units and laundry room on each floor has two washers and two dryers, not accommodating to a family that needs to wash more regularly. Water and Sewer fees are being added to current rent as of Rental Renewals. Adding Water and Sewer charges will eat-up the cost of not having a washer/dryer in the unity. Kitchen cabinet space is limited. I would recommend Pinewood Creek for couples who are retired and/or persons who do not have a lot of ...

    Great location, surrounded by a wooded area while close to shopping centers and restaurants. Apartments are very spacious and the common areas are well kept. Pet friendly, and a good mixture of residents of all ages. Staff is really friendly, helpful, accessible, and knows everyone by name!

Located on the edge of Deer Creek Sanctuary in New Berlin, it has an almost rural feel.....lots of grass and trees, deer and other wildlife, hawks flying overhead. But with so many conveniences! We have a spacious 2 bedroom apartment that is pet friendly, a private balcony, a laundry room located on each floor of our building, a nice ...
    sized storage space...and....UNDERGROUND PARKING! Such a bonus in our changeable Wisconsin weather! Rent is reasonable and the staff are very friendly and accomodating. We looked at many apartments in the Metro Milwaukee area, this one won...hands down! So happy to be home at Pinewood Creek!
