Pinewood Plaza is rigged
April 5, 2022This community may seem nice but in reality after living here for a year I can tell you that they control everything you do. They do random inspections without warning, and when they do warn you they don't tell you the time that they are coming, which makes it super inconvenient when you are trying to work and carry on with your life. They made me take down my curtains, I can't even have an American flag showing anywhere from the outside of the apartment. Absolutely hate it here and they will ...kick you out of the blue when you least expect it.Property Manager Responded

Bad manager and assistants
September 26, 2018The worst experience ever. I am SUPRISED how this manager (Joe) and assistants (Meryoret and Diana) are allowed to work here. They have no idea about costumer service concept. When I entered, I immediately felt NO welcome: they look bored, you have to walk after them to ask a question. Nobody sit with me to talk. I just left. They are waste of time. Even Meryorit and Diana REACTED to my questions. Joe was acting like the king of the world. I wanted to talk to her, she told by Diana that she has ...couple interviews so I would come another day. Bad experience
December 15, 2017We lived in this Plaza for 2 years, and I have to admit it was the worst experience ever. First, the paint in our bathtub peeled off in several months of using even though I didn't use any cleaners. However, we were very surprised when managers refused to fix it and said that it was our fault. Second, we had bed bugs there!!! It was a nightmare! Our neighbor brought them from somewhere, but when she had a treatment no one warned us. We got a "very nice" Thanksgiving gift. During December and ...January, we had all our stuff on the balcony, even clothes. Third, washing machines are very old and small, so you will spend a lot of money doing your laundry. Finally, we didn't get our deposit back and had to pay more because they said that the carpet has to be replaced. Now we live in our own townhouse and very happy. Predatory Towing
March 11, 2017Be extremely careful parking here. They have a deal with the towing company Dominion towing which will tow you car at 2am for any reason to charge you the maximum amount to get your car back. Also the laundry machines are frequently broken and are extremely pricey for how old they are. I would not recommend that anyone lives here.Review from Apartments.com

Close to everything!
July 20, 2015This complex is great if you like to be close to shopping centers and schools. It's located directly across the street from a trader joe's and a Shoppers so everything you need is just a walk or 5 minute drive away. It takes about 30 to 40 mins to get into DC by car and Public Transportation is right outside of the complex. You're also about 15 minutes away from the Vienna metro is you like that kind of transport. This garden style community is beautiful and full of friendly people.Review from Apartments.com
