Do not live here!!!!!!!
October 29, 2019At first these seem like great apartments and my boyfriend and I were super excited. Great location at a decent price. But, within 48 hours of move in our uhaul that we had approved parking for had been towed. Granted, they did refund the $300 over a week later but luckily we had the $300 to pay to get it back in the first place! Either way it was fine i wasnt too worried. Then, they just notified all residents that there will be no heat for the next 72 hours depsite the fact it will be in the ...30’s the next 3 nights. After talking to the property manager she did say that legally they have to let us know of this prior to signing the lease but because she did not talk to us directly she will not give any form of repayment or solution because she “thinks we were told” by a former employee. I have a medical condition and would NEVER have chosen this apartment knowing this about the complex. DO NOT LIVE HERE. It is not worth it. There are plenty of complex’s in Arlington, this one is not worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
