August 31, 2023Do not move here.These apartments are trash and beyond ghetto. They switch managers at least twice a year. They lie a lot and make false promises. They let anyone move in because other residents are moving out daily. There’s no security. Calling/ Emailing Corporate is no help. It takes maintenance 6months to a year to complete normal wear and tear on your apartment. The head maintenance guy does nothing but drive around and check his phone.The children have no respect and makes noise all times of ...the day. Neighbors play loud music until the wee hours of the morning. Not to mention you will smell marijuana and see transactions being made.They do not care about the residents they only care about the rent. Any concerns or worries you have can be tossed out the window. The property has went down tremendously and the only way to clean house is to get someone stern and who will enforce the rules. October 10, 2022No security, residents walk around at night breaking into vehicles! Maintenance takes months to do repairs You have to complain numerous times before they come to fix anything! Office staff doesn’t come to open office til 12:30 No one ever answers the phone Vehicles violate lease agreement expectations and sit for 10 months with 2 flat tires or expired tags/ wrong license plates, meanwhile my rental sat over night and got towed. June 28, 2019It’s horrible I’ve been living here for a year I had to call the front office every day to get my boiler fix and my mold removed that was caused by my bath tub it had a crack it took a month and two weeks for them to just check it out the problem and the manager kept saying she didn’t know anything about it which was a lie she came and saw everything with her own eyes she even wrote it down Do not move here!!!!
