Withdrew my application
May 20, 2023Withdrew my application after I got approved for a unit: very remote area. They wanted me to pay the $300 deposit plus a pro rate rent that is worth a whole month rent even though I was gonna move in on the 1st of the month. They showed me a display room with missing door. Went through a lot of hassles with management. So I decided this is not the place to rent from if this is the prelude management offer to a prospect tenant. I preferred to loose the application fees.
