Great apartments in Dallas
May 29, 2024I’ve only lived here a couple of months and I love the complex! I’ve only had to put in one work order and the assistant manager Ruth had it taken care of within an hour. Do Not Recommend
February 21, 2023Ask to view community wall posts when you are at the leasing office. Residents express theft concerns every week and the property does nothing. Crime happens often here. Security needs to be hired. ASK TO SEE COMMUNITY WALL. More than 6 residents have been victims in the span of 2 months. The "gate" is never closed stays open 24/7. Do not rent here
March 3, 2022Worst complex and management company I have ever dealt with. I have had 3 police reports filed in this complex due to theft. 1. My guests car was stolen out of the parking lot. 2. My catalytic converter was stolen off my car. 3. My house was recently broken into and my window (which all they did was push it in) has still not been properly secured or fixed in over a week. I have had to call and/or email for anything to take place. The management company did not offer to expedite the window ...fix, change my door locks, or anything remotely related to providing more safety for me. I was told that the window could be fixed in “4 days” yet over a week later still nothing. When I asked management to let me out of my lease due to negligence and loss of use (I am not currently residing there as I do not feel safe) they proceeded to tell me that “crime has no zip code” and they would not let me out and it is my choice to get an attorney. Let me just state that even the police officers on these cases said these crimes were more likely to happen here because of the lack of cameras, lights, and security. They also think it is someone who actively lives in these apartments, so just a fair warning to anyone looking to rent here. On top of that, when I asked them to send me a copy of my lease they told me they didn’t have access to it right then because I leased from the previous company. What management does not have access to tenants leases? If you care at all about your safety or your being treated as a human being - do not rent here.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Place to Live
February 9, 2018This place is by far and away the worst place to live. The management staff is down right terrible and rude. Parking is ridiculous, cars get broken into & towed daily, bugs are common, and they literally charge fees for every thing. Great location, calm development, sneaky management
July 28, 2016I thought the location was ideal as it was central to many areas of Dallas. The easy access to the highway was definitely a plus. The facility also did a great job salting the huge inclined entrance way whenever there was signs of icing or snow. With all the being said, the management was very sneaky. Any maintenance requests had a charge on it (change of light bulbs etc). It was extremely difficult to get in touch with management/leasing office via telephone. This was extremely annoying ...during our time of move out. The management proceeded to charge us for items that was already listed on the prior to moving checklist. We did not get our deposit back, rather had to owe the company hundreds of dollars. Once we finally got a hold of them via phone (took multiple days to accomplish) we were met with terrible customer service. We finally got in touch with the assistant manager and she decided to review our case since we did have many of the damages already listed at the time of move in. Beautiful Complex
October 8, 2015Pinnacle Ridge is a beautiful complex that sits up on a hill right off of Cockrell Hill. They have nice Dallas skyline views in some of the units, but those cost extra of course. The only complaint I would have is that when I first was interested in the complex I kept getting the run around on when I could come view the floor plan I was interested in. They gave me one date, I would call to the day of the date they gave me and would tell me it wasn't ready. Great apartments
August 29, 2015I lived here for 3 years and never had a problem of any kind. Is always quiet, safe, apartments are well take care of, and staff is really nice. The only thing is that maintenance takes about 2 days to fix our problems but they were minor things so never bother me, other than that I will recommend this apartments to anyone.Review from Apartments.com
