I truly appreciate living at The Pique.The staff work hard in service of the residents and consistently demonstrate care, helpfulness, and a genuine commitment to service excellence.
Recently, protective netting was installed under the rooflines of several buildings to help mitigate swallow nesting. Unfortunately, I ran over nails that had been left on the roadway following the work and had to replace two tires.

followed through, and helped facilitate reimbursement from the contractor responsible for the work. They took the situation seriously and helped ensure it was resolved fairly
Things can occasionally go wrong, but to me, excellent service is demonstrated by how people respond when they do. I am grateful to The Pique team for their responsiveness, care, and advocacy on behalf of their residents. I really do appreciate where I live.
