They will steal your deposit
January 21, 2026Disappointed. They will steal your deposit. Despite the apartment having no damages, everything being normal wear and tear for a two-year residence, and my family deep cleaning the apartment, they still charged us cleaning fees and returned only 15% of our deposit. If you’re rich, move on in. But if you’re not, I would recommend another complex.Review from Apartments.com

April 24, 2025Aleesha SOLD ME on this property I have been looking for something for my daughter and I (and my son when he comes home from college) and I initially did not want any apartments. I looked in Rocklin, Roseville and now Folsom. Once I arrived, I was greeted so sweetly by Aleesha (forgive if i misspell). She was so sweet and said she would show me everything so I can get a feel for the property and what it offers.
