One of the requests was for pressure washing the stairwell to remove bird droppings which took much longer to complete in the past. It was nice to see a big improvement in turnaround time.

They will steal your deposit

Despite the apartment having no damages, everything being normal wear and tear for a two-year residence, and my family deep cleaning the apartment, they still charged us cleaning fees and returned only 15% of our deposit. If you’re rich, move on in. But if you’re not, I would recommend another complex.
