Timely Maintenance I submitted two maintenance requests and was pleasantly surprised they got taken care of within 10 days. One of the requests was for pressure washing the stairwell to remove bird droppings which took much longer to complete in the past. It was nice to see a big improvement in turnaround time.

They will steal your deposit

Disappointed. They will steal your deposit. Despite the apartment having no damages, everything being normal wear and tear for a two-year residence, and my family deep cleaning the apartment, they still charged us cleaning fees and returned only 15% of our deposit. If you’re rich, move on in. But if you’re not, I would recommend another complex.
