Great place to live - newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, the works. New management and ownership, which has been communicative and responsive. No complaints at all from me.

Honestly the apartment speaks for itself, real granits, stainless appliances. new carpet, new kitchen floors and oh yea all new cabinets. Literally I was the 1st one to live with all these updates. So I knew I was going to love it. The only thing I was really worried about was the reviews. I took a chance because there are some pretty bad reviews on here. DO NOT RENT HERE! The manager Vanessa doesn't have an office onsite and rarely returns phone calls and text messages even if you have an emergency in your apartment. This is also a smoking community which they never tell you until you find out when you move in. Also most of the tenants have dogs that never pick up their poop which leaves the property covered with it.
Dollar store service at Nordstrom prices.

Totally overpriced for a dirty, unmaintained property that does not have a maintenance person. Most of the new tenants have dogs and irresponsible owners who quickly turned the property into a big toilet. Can’t walk on the grass. Apartments were not fully remodeled as advertised. No insulation improvements. If you pull back the cheap, unpadded carpet in the bedroom you’ll see daylight. Heat, cold and bugs come in the gaps in the floors and the air conditioning units. They didn’t even have cable ...

I moved in a few months ago. The to the studs remodel of the apartment left me with a high-end finish, well-appointed home. Services are great. Vanessa, the property manager, has been very responsive. The location is centrally located to shopping, the village, and is in the Pittsford school district. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I would recommend the location to my friends.

I recently moved into Pittsford Manor, and things have been great. I had a small maintenance issue when I first moved in, but it was taken care of immediately. The staff was great and very responsive. This is a great apartment!

I recently moved out because the property is run down and the management is awful. If you look close you see that the buildings, roof have been neglected for years and are literally falling apart. There’s no on site maintenance person and the leasing manager does not respond or follow through. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

It is renovated nicely and that's about it. Since I moved in we have had numerous issues with poor management and service. In the last 2 months we have had electrical issues, came home to no running water, issues with the washer and our airconitioning units that came with the apartment do not work. Anytime you call Vanessa, who is our only point of contact, she rarely responds. There is no after hours maintenance number or any information on the actual owners, except I was told he was the same ...

We had a light out that needed to be changed which took weeks, our fire alarms dont work, and there is garbage all over the lawn and in the shrubs from workers renovating. Rent is way too high for poor service, and poor quality amenities. You can find somewhere cheaper with responsive landlords and working equipment. There is apartments open for a reason.

I agree completely with the other reviewer that this is definitely a complex you avoid. As a 42 year tenant at Pittsford Manor, I left in Dec. 2018 after suffering deplorable conditions- coming home and having no water repeatedly, being the only tenant left in building, front door to apt. wld. not open. When I complained that this was dangerous, I was told I could use stairs and go through garage and they wld. check it next day. Continual noise all day from workers doing renovations in apt. ...

You will regret renting here. Poor management and quality. They charge premium property rent for low quality and no service. The property owner is out of state and neglects the property and residents. Most long term residents have left or been driven out with unjustified rent increases. They jacked up the rent without improving the property or service. Snow removal is not taken care of, trash is left all over the property, and the on-site “manager” doesn’t respond to messages. Buyer beware.
