    Don't live here unless you want your car broken into ALL the time, I've only lived here for 5 months and I've had to get the police involved numerous different times for our car being broken into, it just overall doesn't feel safe here. Place looks great on the outside, but as soon as you step in its a different story. Just do yourself a favor and take your money as far away from this place as possible. The management is friendly and seems willing to work with you and help you out, but that's ...

    I was looking for a place to rent for my daughter and myself, someone told me about this place so I decided to come, when I came I met the maintenance on ground and they we're very professional and helpful, letting me know that this would be a great place for us, my car was down at the time and he let me know that Dart Transit Station was close and that it was a bus that would drop me walking distant to the apartment I thought that would be perfect until I get my car out of the shop, he directed ...
    me to the office and when I came in the atmosphere changed the management was unfriendly and they we're talking as if I couldn't afford the apartment, they we're unprofessional and not interested and I felt as if they felt that I was wasting their time, maybe they need to take lessons from the maintenance in how to greet your customers, or maybe they need to get from behind their desk and get into some classes on how to treat your clients, you never know who you might be talking to, your first impression should be your best impression is what I was taught. I smiled and left out it's their lost, I will not live in a place where I don't feel as if the management don't care about the resident NEVER

  • Feels like Home!!!! Plano Park Townhomes

    I just recently moved to Plano Park Townhomes and I absolutely love it. The staff seem to be very friendly and informative. I have never lived in an apartment where it so peaceful outside both night and day. My apartment has been upgraded with all new appliances and my rooms are extremely spacious. I'm located in a great area,everything I need with in a few miles. I am so happy I decided to move here.

  • So far we love it

    So far, only a month in, we love the staff and the owners of the property. The maintenance staff is awesome and quick. We don't love the fake wood linoleum floors on the bottom floor. It's only been less than 2 months and we've taken precautions and still we have tears that I'm sure we will be charged for. Also, the floors upstairs are very squeaky and that's annoying.
