Dimensions are WRONG for Berkshire

Second time writting since the site took it down for not "meeting community guidlines"
Dimensons are wrong than what's advertised, trying to measure out what furniture fits but is' off, so i measured it myself and it's off.
It's loud at night with bikes and catless cars/trucks going down the street, too expensive for having to be awaken at 3am from a terrible sounding catless V8 truck. Definetly affects the price of the area.

dumpster is troublesome, but a decent place to live compared to what i seen
nice place inside though, wish it had more storage, but near a highway and lots of food nearby
