Once you move in they treat you like garbage

My air conditioner broke in July and they didn’t fix it for three weeks or even cut my rent a cent after I asked. My husband and I had to live in a 95° apartment and all they gave us was a fan. Also if you try to make a repair or ask any questions in general no one will answer you. Many times, they cut off my buildings water for hours at a time with no warning to any of the residents. The location is great but since we move here last year the maintenance has been terrible. Also the new management team seems lost everytime time and would not give a straight answer usually they do not know.

Manager (Tracy) is very rude. Leasing agent (Whitney) is friendly. Pretty apartments, good location. Maintenance can be very slow (sometimes 2 weeks to fix things.) Very expensive.

I recently bought a house and moved out of Plantations at Pine Lake after living there for 7 years! It was a great experience and I would encourage anyone i know to live there. It is well cared for and the staff really care about the complex and the tenants. I am going to miss all of my neighbors and the great people that work there.

I absolutely LOVE living here. I've lived here for 5 years now and have no plans on moving. The office ladies are always so friendly and helpful, and the maintenance workers are quick to respond to any issues I've had. I can walk to the grocery store and my bank, and the well-kept landscaping makes me proud to call Pine Lake my home! I recommend to anyone, of any age, looking for an apartment.

I'm disappointed in multiple facets of this apartment complex. The staff was extremely accommodating in the beginning, however when it comes to replacing damage, they'd rather find some alternate, cheaper method to rectify the issue. The visuals of the grounds are the only thing that they seem to take pride in, it has a nice exterior. The noise vulnerability of the structure is terrible, you can hear just about every little thing from inside your apartment. I chose the top floor to receive less ...
noise, however whenever the tenants below me shower or use water, I can hear it as if it were my own shower running water, not to mention it's right next to my bedroom and wakes me up constantly. New neighbors below me have kids who slam and bang on things on the weekends and I rarely have a quiet moment. The staff appear ambivalent and uninterested in noise complaints, because the noise continues. My biggest need when it comes to living, is the noise level, when I come home, I want peace and quiet.

My apartment lately has not been very safe with a shooting this year and almost a kidnaping of a 13 year old girl i dont feel safe anymore here. soo im lookin for a new home so i can feel more safe and at peace :)
