Living at the Plaza at River Oaks has been a good experience for my family and I, so far. I am someone who needs a place with character and our current home provides that. The location is perfect as it is situated within walking distance of dining and shopping in the River Oaks area. The office and maintenance staff have been so nice and welcoming. Additionally, issues and maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. I am hoping to call this home for a while.

I love the location. I walk to the grocery store, the theatre, restaurants, retail stores, and more! My apartment has great amenities (granite countertops, washer/dryer, and so forth) and the maintenance team is responsive to requests.

I moved into the plaza River oaks almost 6 months ago and I couldn't be happier I'm within walking distance to restaurant grocery stores my bank and most importantly my pharmacy. Also the staff has been very welcoming and really great.

Location, location, location! I love living in a community where I can walk to so many things! I can walk to the grocery store, River Oaks Theatre, the post office, Panera and Cafe Express, and others. The community is quiet and well maintained. My apartment has great amenities.
