It was not the best experience
October 12, 2023I lived here for years with zero sunlight in my apartment. Would not recommend for people who work from home. Asked many times to have the trees trimmed to help a bit but they are too cheap to keep up with it (it reached the point where you couldn't tell if it was midnight or noon in the unit). There is zero parking in this neighborhood and it is getting worse. Maintenance are nice but they do half the job and expect you to just live with it. There are also always bugs coming in despite paying a ...monthly insect exterminator fee. The walls are all paper thin so you can hear all your neighbor's conversations at all hours. These apartments are cute, but not worth the price they are coming out to nowadays. Management tries their hardest to keep up but there is clearly a big disconnect between them and the landlord.
