Rude office staff, outdated and overpriced

The office staff are rude, the water gets shut off frequently, the apartments themselves are outdated and overpriced. Guess what? If you want one that is updated you will pay more. Not to mention there is a lot of theft right outside your door. The office staff will lie to you and not honor what they say. GET IT IN WRITING!!! If it is not recorded somewhere it does not matter one bit what they told you when you moved in. I will say the maintenance staff are great. The only thing I like about ...
Plaza. The maintenance staff are nice and get things done in a timely fashion, (provided the office staff puts in the maintenance requests.) I would not recommend this place to anyone in it's current situation.

Unprofessional

I've had issues with my upstairs neighbor for over a year now and management and staff haven't done anything but basically blame ME for the problem. The front office is unprofessional even the corporate office is unprofessional. I called them and they still haven't returned my call. The washers and dryers here stain your clothes and the interior of the apartments are out dated. The maintenance and cleaning staff are the only friendly and professional staff here. If you do move here, it'll only be ...

The office staff was great and the apartment that we saw was beautiful, especially for the price. Unfortunately, our son moved to Florida the next week changing his mind about where he wanted to be, but even his treatment when he called to say that he would not be moving in was by far better than expected.
