This apartment is great the staff is amazing Toni the manager is so helpful since we have tour until we moved in.The location is closer to my family need like the grocery store is just walking distance the public transportation is accessible.

The building manager is nice, but that doesn't nearly make up for the run down nature of the apartemnts, the incompetent maintenance staff, and the fact that when you move in you are moving into an un-maintained and filthy apartment that was barely touched since the last residents moved out. This place is truly disgusting to move into, and I wouldn't suggest it to anybody since other options exist.

NY to LA relocation made easy

I rarely write reviews, but this one is a must. I am moving from NY to LA and scouting apartments for the second time. A few month ago I visited Plaza at Lafayette. I was impressed, but not ready to move. I recently returned and went back to the apartment for a pleasant surprise. There were so many upgrades. Parking, safety, pricing, upgrades, and efficient customer service are all important to me, including all the authentic LA eatery suggestions the manager provided, she was very pleasant. 5 ...

A Koreatown Gem

This property has such a clean, open feel when you walk in. The common areas are all very aesthetically pleasing. With a fire pit as well as a grill, its nice to be able to step outside of your apartment and still be in a comfortable space. The manager, Terri, has been so nice, informative and GREAT when it comes to communication. Her attention to detail and super kind disposition makes the community so inviting. It also has parking which is a MUST in this area. 5 STARS for sure!
