I've been living here for almost 3 years and just renewed my lease. I visited lots of apartment complexes before renewing for the third time. Overall Plaza at westchase wins in many aspects. The apartment is spacious, quite and our access is easy. The office has always been friendly and professional. The maintenance is just awesome and they never disappoint. And Yes, the landscaping needs lots of attention although some work were done recently, But still... The drive way needs serious attention ...
as it's just horrible. We are almost in a off road drive?? and I believe the property is working on it and they will repair it and this time hopefully not by just a few patches. In general it's a community you want to live and not leave for another one.
