September 14, 2025My time here at The Plaza at Westchace has been good. Quiet, I feel safe, maintenance team is great, pest control on pount. Location is great! I would recommend The Plaza at Westchace to friends and family. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the amenities. Gym is being upgraded now so that's great! Coffee machine a little dated. The microwave needs to be updated. The pool is beautiful. The children need somewhere to play. September 1, 2025Love the staff - very helpful and responsive. Apartment is close to grocery stores, mall, downtown. There is a bus outside of the apartment. Swimming pool is very nice and the place feels like you're walking through a garden. Gym is being expanded so a big plus. July 15, 2025It’s been great here we love it. The staff is always so helpful and the complex is always so well kept and clean. The maintenance guys are always here on time whenever something goes wrong and is very understanding.
