December 1, 2025This apartment is very close to the highways, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants. It's quiet. Very helpful staff. We are getting a newly renovated gym. December 1, 2025I’ve been living at Plaza at Westchase not so long but overall it’s a nice community. The staff is friendly and maintenance is usually quick to respond. The area feels safe and quiet, and the location is very convenient close to stores and restaurants. The only issue is parking. It’s always hard to find a good spot, especially in the evenings. November 18, 2025Great apartment rental experience! Easy application process. The amenities are top shelf. Heated pool for year round use and the on site gym is being completely remodeled. I cannot wait for the update to be complete. The gated community is a bonus and the tenets are very respectful with their noise level. Pet friendly with a fee but areas to walk dogs with bags provided. The apartment is also close to supermarkets and restaurants.Property Manager Responded
