June 7, 2025This is my second year at Plaza at Westchase, I love this community so much, it's so quiet and close to everything so if you don't have a car that's okay too. The apartments are so nice and the layouts are beautiful, I definitely recommend moving here.They have a pool and fitness gym here too so you can get your workout in and spend liesure time at the pool.Review from Apartments.com

April 22, 2025A year ago, when I came to this apartment complex, I was excited as I read the reviews and it looked nice and well-maintained. The maintenance team are still the best. The upkeep of the communal areas has significantly declined. The driveway is in terrible condition, with numerous potholes that have been neglected for months. The lawns and green spaces are poorly maintained and look unkempt. The building entrance is frequently muddy, giving it a dirty and unpleasant appearance.
