They slapped some paint on and took some nice photos, so it looks very pretty. But there is major structural issues. I had constant leaks and mold in my apartment the entire time I was there - the last month I lived there, I had water pouring through the bathroom ceiling and the ceiling collapsed into the tub, so I had a huge gaping hole above the shower head. I put in several maintenance requests and it was never fixed. The smoke alarms in the common areas beeped constantly because the ...

batteries were dead. The dumpster got emptied once a month, there is garbage everywhere all the time. Run away. The absolute worst. I regretted living there every day and I am so happy to be out.

Ive been trying for almost a month to get a working fridge and mailbox keys. For the entirety of this time I have gotten nothing but the run around, its the contractors fault or the post office. There are also units here (including mine) that can not get internet and they wont tell you this until after you have signed the lease. These are all pretty basic amenities for apts so I wouldnt recommend renting here unless youre okay with being pushed off or not having any of these.
