The worst place to live in Manlius
April 18, 2017This is by far the worst place to live!! Maintenance is incompetent - they don't fix anything. Basement floods on a regular basis. Mold is everywhere - painted over dust and dirt. Terrible neighbors - parking is a nightmare. Rent increases and apartments are falling apart. If I could give a negative star I would.Review from Apartments.com
