Great at a Glance, VERY Expensive
May 28, 2022The staff are WONDERFUL at PVA - I want that to be clear. But beyond this, the property is extremely overpriced for what is offered. Pet rent is expensive and incurs a high pet deposit, the property does not advertise it's quiet $185/mo MANDATORY ancillary fee that covers what it calls 'high speed' internet (100mbps down, 9 mbps up, you decide if that's high speed..), basic analog cable, trash collection and the 5 foot deep pool which is open for 3-4 months/year max. The property was built in ...2020 and while it was beautiful at move in, the units are very quickly showing their age. Appliances, while new and nice, have a high failure rate. The washers and dryers are particularly unreliable, and the paint in these units is very cheap, a simple command strip will pull the paint right off.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Amazing!
September 27, 2019This property is beautiful inside and out! We were so excited to see that we had brand new appliances and a washer and dryer in the unit! The apartment is spacious with lots of storage space. Our balcony makes for a great entertaining area when we have guests over! The kitchen has ample amount of cabinets, the bathroom as a gorgeous mirror and beautiful tile! I can’t talk enough about the little touches that AR Building has put into the apartment to make them feel like home. Another added bonus: ...valet trash.. put your trash outside your door and someone comes and collects it for you! Other benefits include a gym in the club house which has all new equipment, and an outdoor pool that will be up and running soon! Beautiful Property!
September 13, 2019My friend recently moved into pleasant valley and the property is gorgeous. It is brand new construction and the finish work and details are beautiful. They have a fitness center and the apartments are spacious with very nice finishes. They even have a trash service where they pick up your trash outside of your apartment door-talk about convenient living. I met with Kelly as I am now interested in moving to Pleasant Valley since seeing my friends apartment. Kelly was super nice and helpful and ...answered all of my questions.
