Lavish and accommodating townhome
August 17, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI moved to Bettendorf a few months ago and I think this place is lavish and amazing. I've lived in multiple complexes across the country and this one is worth every penny. I'm amazed how beautiful this place is. It makes one feel spoiled, and the staff is amazing and attentive. I highly recommend calling this place home.
I wouldn't live anywhere else!

I love the 2 bedrooms located upstairs separate from the living room. The storage under the steps and the nice walk-in closet and the extra deep garage give me extra room for my decorations. I have my own washer and dryer, which is really handy, and a fenced outside patio, which is really nice for my dog - that was a huge plus for me that this townhouse complex is pet friendly. I also love the ...attached garage - it makes it more private. And I simply love having the lawn mowed and the driveway shoveled for me. The spacious rooms and friendly neighbors make my townhouse truly a wonderful place to live!Read More
