Felt Like Home
March 8, 2023I had actually made appointments to view several places in the same week I toured Pleasant Woods. From the moment I pulled in to the driveway I KNEW I was HOME. The stress I had been feeling melted, and after meeting the awesome staff and saw all the wonderful improvements they were making I knew my search over. MAJOR PLUS, you can tell they have paid attention to every detail to make sure you have a safe, comfortable living space. It's ok.
July 14, 2016I've lived here for a little over a year. The apartments are quiet, upgraded kitchen, and close to shopping. I do think the putter parts need upgrading . They look old from the outside and dirty. I do wish there was a gate as all the other complexes around. Friendly staff, maintenance comes in within 24-48 hours for a request. I would suggest them to others just wish the outside would be upgraded .Review from Apartments.com
Pleasant Woods
August 10, 2015I've lived in these apartments for the last three years and I can honestly say I've never had a problem. The staff is amazingly friendly and maintenance issues are always dealt with in a timely manner. The location is safe and close to all the best shopping centers and the highway. Recent upgrades to the units provide adorable kitchen counters, appliances, and carpet. The landscaping is amazingly upscale and the grounds are always clean and perfectly manicured. The pool and laundry ...facilities are also always kept clean and well lit. Most importantly the provision of an on sight police officer ensures that I never feel unsafe or uneasy which is a big bonus for me living alone. The only complaint I have is that rent is way too expensive for the square footage provided in many of the floor plans. Great place to live
July 28, 2015My wife and I moved into Pleasant Woods in July of 2014. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we were there. We moved out a year later only to get closer to our church. In any other situation we would have stayed at Pleasant woods longer. The leasing staff is always very pleasant and willing to assist you in any way they can. The grounds are always clean and nicely kept. In my time there I had no trouble with, nor did I hear of, any kind of crime, i.e. break-ins, fights, vandalism. It's in a ...great part of Little Rock. It is within walking distance from the Pleasant Pointe Shopping Center and maybe mile from the river trail. These apartments are priced very well considering the part of Little Rock they are situated in. Thank you Doni, Kathy, and Christina for making our stay so pleasant.
