A hot tub would be awesome. Pointe Grand is a decent option for student living, especially considering its proximity to Embry-Riddle. The apartments are modern and comfortable, with basic amenities like a gym and pool that add convenience. However, maintenance response times can sometimes be slow, and parking can get crowded, which is a drawback. The community is generally quiet, and management is approachable, but some improvements in communication would be great. Overall, it’s a good spot for ...

Leasing office staff are extremely unprofessional and do not care about anything. Regional manager is just as bad. Washing machine constantly had issues from getting stuck on the spin cycle indefinitely to leaving grease stains all over everything.

Overall living here isn’t bad, however it’s pretty regular.. not the luxury living I thought I was paying extra for. Only thing that makes it not worth is that they’re overpriced for lack of actual luxury or convenience.

The community is great. Love the office staff but the pest control suck. The bugs are insane around here, everyone knows that so I’m confused to why it’s not being handled. Why isn’t pest control putting out some traps at least. What they’re doing isn’t enough for me.
