Large Parties/ Community is Trashed Weekly
May 30, 2022I've lived here since the community was built (Novel now RK Pointe at Research Park) 3+ years ago. I used to love it, but now the community is trashed on what feels like a weekly basis. I can no longer use the amenities I pay for and my rent has gone up significantly each year I've been here.Review from Apartments.com
Too Expensive/not great area/pot in halls
November 15, 2019Too expensive compared to other apts. This isn't Southpark or Myers Park, it's Charlotte and in the middle of not-so-great areas of Charlotte. If you don't mind smelling pot in the hallways of your home, this place is for you. Right off a main, busy road. Several cars were broken into when they first open this year. They don't fix the doors in the halls when they are broken. So much for security with locked halls.Review from Apartments.com
Beautiful place to live
June 24, 2019Novel is such a beautiful and nice place to live. The apartments offer high end appliances and amenities in such a nice neighborhood. The apartment complexes are new and very clean . Must visit Clubhouse and Gym during your tour , its stunning. Ben and Marc are really helpful ,kind and very friendly .We are not sure how many times we toured with Ben ,but every time Ben was showing all the available options and helped us on getting the right apartment for us . We would highly recommend Novel at ...Research Park to any of my friends and family.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
