I had no problems with payment and no pest issues. This place rocks! I actually forgot to turn in my notice to move out, and they let me stay a few extra days (with payment of course) and they were so kind and nice about it. If I could give them a tip, I SURELY WOULD! Usually at apartments complex at least one staff is rude no they are all EXTREMELY COOL!! they always keep you updated and they are always willing to answer any questions I’ve lived here for three years any time I ever had a problem they fixed it immediately maintenance are always on it I don’t have to wait an hour or two and if I do they call and explain for the delay and the pools are ...amazing they are always cleaned the grounds always look well kept and did I mention SO QUIET!!! Nice reasonable prices
July 28, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve been here for about 1 a year 1/2 so far so good. Responds to maintenance issues really quickly. Never had a bad issue. But they do seem to have a lot of issues with the water pipes. Seem like every other week they have to shut off water for a few hours. In order to fix it. My apartment was renovated so it’s very up to date for the price. I’m just in need of more space .Property Manager Responded

June 27, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI moved in over the Memorial Day weekend and I have been nothing but pleased with my decision to move to the Pointe @ Steeplechase. From the moment that I met Elvia and she showed me the model unit everything has been such a wonderful renting experience. Jackie and Brenda in the office are so pleasant to deal with, and they take care of requests quickly and with a smile. The tenant portal is easy to use and there is a maintenance "text" option to submit requests quickly. The property is pet ...friendly and the tenants are easygoing and very quiet. Finding somewhere for your visitors to park on the weekend is quite the challenge. There could definitely be more visitor parking, but I couldn't have found a better area to rent. :)Read More

August 14, 2015 - Review from Apartments.commoving in here was the best thing, the neighbor hood is very good, every thing is close by, we had our problems like parking, but they are currently remodeling the apartments and it has gotten better, the pool are clean and they had just purchased new furniture for it, when we have a problem, like a broken fan, or a leaky sink, they do not take long to fix it. so far they have been good with us and im planning to stay a bit longer

August 4, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI've lived here three years and I'm happy. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: Not expensive, maintenance comes out in decent time and does a good job, I've never had an issue with rodents or roaches, never had to deal with crime, pet friendly. Cons: Not enough parking but reserved spots are available for an extra fee, buildings are old, pools aren't always open. If you have young kids, there isn't a play area nor a park nearby. If you're on a budget I would recommend moving here.

The property is clean and out of all the properties I have been to this is by far the best one! When my lease is up I am 100% sur of where I will be going......
