January 13, 2026I scheduled an in-person tour to view what is available. I showed up to my appointment on time. The door was locked and no one was inside. The sign said they were open. I waited for 40 minutes, just to see if someone was running late. I tried calling but no one answered and I went straight to voicemail. No one showed up to the appointment and I never received a phone call back. I emailed them about my experience and all I received back was a response from the bot asking if I wanted to reschedule.Review from Apartments.com
New Resident Honest Opinion
August 19, 2025I want to start out with saying Jada, our leasing agent or representative was the BEST help anyone could ask for. I can say I was very excited and egger to move in, so you know how those people are (annoying), but Jada was there for me through every emotion. Moving into these apartments was such a smooth and stress-free experience. Everything went great from start to finish, and Jada made the whole process easy. The community is amazing; the staff is so friendly and welcoming that my family and I really utilize the clubhouse and the pool while living here.
