January 13, 2026I scheduled an in-person tour to view what is available. I showed up to my appointment on time. The door was locked and no one was inside. The sign said they were open. I waited for 40 minutes, just to see if someone was running late. I tried calling but no one answered and I went straight to voicemail. No one showed up to the appointment and I never received a phone call back. I emailed them about my experience and all I received back was a response from the bot asking if I wanted to reschedule.Review from Apartments.com

I can say I was very excited and egger to move in, so you know how those people are (annoying), but Jada was there for me through every emotion.
