May 7, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comPonderosa is amazing. It is in a great and safe part of town and VERY close to the WSU campus. The service team is prompt and the office is friendly. My only advice is to make sure to review everything in writing before you sign things and finish up. Contracts are up for change and things promised by staff may not always come to fruition. The pool is a big plus. There is also an underground laundry room, which may come in handy in our tornado alley state. My favorite part is that there is a light in every room of the apartment and several ceiling fans!! That’s so hard to find in Wichita. The neighborhood feels safe and Ponderosa pays partial utilities so it’s an affordable place to live. It would be nice to have washer/dryer hookups but that’s the only con.Property Manager Responded

They fix every problem we have had and answer all of our questions. We also love that our packages are received at the office while we are not home.
