I've enjoyed my stay so far.
May 26, 2024Moved in at the end of December 2023. I like it. I have quiet neighbors. Always cleaned and picked up. Rent is reasonable, considering the increase in prices. I think it's fair. Lies
January 7, 2023I live here and this place is a mess. They close work orders without completing them, the toilets have backed up multiple times and never worked. Nothing is great about this apartment complex please run as far away from it as you can.Property Manager Responded

Helpful and friendly
May 25, 2018I love living here at Ponderosa! I’ve been here about six months now. From the office staff to the maintenance staff everyone is great. Wonderful, but keep records of everything
May 7, 2018Ponderosa is amazing. It is in a great and safe part of town and VERY close to the WSU campus. The service team is prompt and the office is friendly. My only advice is to make sure to review everything in writing before you sign things and finish up. Contracts are up for change and things promised by staff may not always come to fruition. The pool is a big plus. There is also an underground laundry room, which may come in handy in our tornado alley state. Other than contracts conflicting with ...verbal agreements, its great, clean, convenient and im looking forward to staying here longer.Property Manager Responded

Very Nice Apartments
May 2, 2018Depends on the floor plan but these are spacious and open apartments. My favorite part is that there is a light in every room of the apartment and several ceiling fans!! That’s so hard to find in Wichita. The neighborhood feels safe and Ponderosa pays partial utilities so it’s an affordable place to live. Honest opinion,
May 2, 2018We love ponderosa. It’s quiet and the staff is great. Quick response from maintenance and office ladies are very friendly. They fix every problem we have had and answer all of our questions. We also love that our packages are received at the office while we are not home. The pool is never dirty and the grills are awesome all year long. We enjoy living here and know it’s not like this at other apartments.Property Manager Responded
