Son's First Apt
May 15, 2017On a scale of 1-10... the complex staff are a SOLID 12! Derek the Manager & Destiny in the office, are absolutely the best. This was the first year for son in an apt & is was a success! The complex is in a nice area, quiet, & backs to forestry for pets and hiking. The apts are clean without pest or rodent problems & sufficient. The few issues over the past year were handled immediately. They treated my son with respect & patience-which is more than I can say for many properties. Alas, this is a ...college town. Overpriced
August 15, 2015The apartment wasn't bad but our landlords wouldn't let us see the interior before we moved in. If they had I probably wouldn't have agreed to pay what I did. Small, dimly lit, and with loud neighbors.Property Manager Responded
