So bad place
October 31, 2019So bad place to live in . I lived here for one year then moved . Very bad service in snow time rats are all over the building . Drugs smell inside the building and not good for kids to ask about that smell . The owner his name is Dan. he is very rude person and only care about money without giving you any good service . No maintenance. He didn’t respect the privacy. Pondsview Apartments is the BEST choice for renting in Billerica
May 1, 2016This place is GREAT. Great landlord, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, central air, plenty of parking, very fair rent (also I've been living here for almost 4 years, and we only got ONE rent increase just this year and it was only a $25 increase). Another review said there was lack of amenities but I think that's made up for easily due to the Lampson Memorial Field/Recreation Complex which is less than a 2 minute walk away if you pass through the small woods separating it from Pondsview ...Apartments. There you'll find a football field, baseball diamond (games are often held there), tennis courts, basketball courts, a skate park -- all open to the public. There's also the Boys and Girls club which has a pool and offers public swim time (for a small fee I believe).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 12, 2015Decent apartment complex in smaller community northwest of Boston. Buildings and grounds are kept clean and owner is friendly. Any maintenance issues are fixed same day. Laundry in apartment is nice. Neighbors are generally quiet. Would give 5 stars except for the lack of amenities. No rec area, fitness center, pool, etc. Rent is as low as you will find in area. Only real complaint is that the recycle bins and sometimes the dumpsters are overflowing. Often have to place things on the ground.Review from Apartments.com
