LIVED HERE FOR 2 YEARS, NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS, QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD, CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING MAINTENANCE WAS ALWAYS ON TIME ONLY REASON I MOVED WAS A RELOCATED BACK TO FLORIDA

It's OK over priced. It offers however central air and its total electric. Its close to the main roads so its central location is nice. Close to the police departmen .
