October 24, 2024It was an overall decent stay until I moved into my 3 bedroom apartment. Yolanda moved me in knowing it was roach infested, when I asked to move she wouldn’t accommodate me. Pest control doesn’t come regularly and that’s a problem because I have children. A lot of holes in hard to reach areas so insects are getting into the home. Rent is far way to high for the quality of these apartments.Property Manager Responded

Wrong Information
July 27, 2024Riverdale School does not belong to Shlpy district where the apartments located, it belongs to Germantown district. They add extra $90 dollars on the rent, they told me about it on the moving day.Property Manager Responded

July 15, 2024The living space of these apartment homes are very generous. The space in each bedroom could easily be divided into another bedroom. Some negatives would be these units are old and the upkeep has not been the best and it really shows. I would hope that in the future they would find qualified contractors.Property Manager Responded

Poorly Managed Property
October 21, 2023Do not move here. First appearance is not what it seems. Moved there from out of town with a child, and could not give me paperwork to enroll child in school. Apartment was not clean when I received keys and any issue requiring office staff support was unnecessarily contentious due to their unprofessional behavior. Good luck going over their heads because upper management never ever answers the phone or return calls. I am so happy to be away. Communication from staff was always insulting. I felt ...like I was in jail or as if they were paying my rent (which wasn’t the case). No procedure for move out. Last day of my lease office was closed (Saturday). July 26, 2023My experience here so far has been overall good. I haven’t had any problems. I’ve been at Poplar Place almost a year and so far no major complaints. Biggest complaints is the garbage that people are not placing in the garbage but rather around the garbage on the ground. Very unsightly and nasty. July 11, 2023I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. It's been a nightmare renting here. Just in the last 3 weeks one of my vehicles has been stolen OFF THE PROPERTY and just this past weekend my other vehicle was broken into and they tore out the steering column in an attempt to steal it. Does the property manager say anything? Of course not. There are dangling tree branches over the property and with the high wind storms we've been having youd think they would cut these down to avoid property ...damage but nope.Property Manager Responded
