July 1, 2025Quiet community but the last manager was difficult. Work orders took months to be completed if at all. A couple of things I was told would get done never did. Moving when my lease is up. Hopefully they find a better manager. Old community and things break. I do feel bad that they only have one maintenance person. He has a lot of work to do, so issues don’t get addressed in a timely manner.Property Manager Responded

June 9, 2025I moved in April 3 from Reno Nevada. The only thing I noticed was extra charges that weren’t in the lease. Rent keeps going up and I’m not sure why. Other than that I’m happyProperty Manager Responded

March 14, 2025Nice size apartment (1br), very nice location near schools and shopping. Washroom on premises reopening March 2025. Biggest concern is there are not enough sidewalks to reach everything,even though there are plenty of places in walking distance. City of Murfreesboro is supposed to rectify this.
