I really enjoy living here. The staff is the best. Close to everything in Boardman. Walking distance to everything. They got control over the noise in the parking lot. So great a place to live

I feel right at home I love the view by my patio and we just moved in and we were missing burners so I wasn’t able to cook then I went to the office to let them know and 15-20 minutes later maintenance guy came with the stuff I needed I was so happy because I finally get to cook and I love to cook. it was such a quick response and I love it.

Very quick and quick easy process. Offered a great deal for the lease. With work and the day beach at the river being close by there's always something to do. The school bus also picks up the kids from the parking lot instead of the street which is a plus.

Sharra deserves a raise, she goes above and beyond for this community. It's sad what's happened to this community over the past 4 years. The raise in rent isn't very nice. The girls in the office are sweet. We appreciate Cecil fixing our leak problem in a quick and timely manner. Wish there were more trees and less illegal aliens and cars without parking passes.

The apartment is good, mail comes early in the day and the office gals are nice. But if you want a community feel you won’t get that here you don’t talk to your neighbours.
