With work and the day beach at the river being close by there's always something to do. The school bus also picks up the kids from the parking lot instead of the street which is a plus.

The raise in rent isn't very nice. The girls in the office are sweet. We appreciate Cecil fixing our leak problem in a quick and timely manner.
