February 17, 2025Very quick and quick easy process. Offered a great deal for the lease. With work and the day beach at the river being close by there's always something to do. The school bus also picks up the kids from the parking lot instead of the street which is a plus.Review from Apartments.com

November 16, 2024Sharra deserves a raise, she goes above and beyond for this community. It's sad what's happened to this community over the past 4 years. The raise in rent isn't very nice. The girls in the office are sweet. We appreciate Cecil fixing our leak problem in a quick and timely manner. August 19, 2024For the most part it was pretty straightforward, not to big on the whole complete contract over phone and no paper copy offered. June 17, 2024Always have to fight for parking plus, sometimes by the time I get off in the evening I have to find a parking two three building away and I have to walk even further with my toddlers in the mornings when I have to leave for work. It also sucks that some neighbors don’t have consideration for others especially some that work graveyard or have babies and will be loud day and night.Review from Apartments.com
