The staff has always been friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I’ve needed anything. The property is very well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the office team genuinely cares about the residents. The amenities and overall atmosphere make it a really enjoyable place to live. I have loved living here and would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Temple area. The office staff is always super friendly and helpful, and maintenance is always quick to complete any work order requests. The pool is so relaxing in the summer!

I’ve been living here for almost 3 months and it is a very nice place to live and also very quiet too! I live in a 2 bed/2 bath very spacious and it’s great to be able to live in a brand new apartment. The office staff are very helpful and nice. Also the maintenance crew are great. I’m always seeing maintenance walking around the complex to make sure everything looks nice. If you have problems or questions they will help you right away!
