The floodplan of my one bedroom is spacious and comfortable and well designed in neutral colors. I enjoy the outdoor patio which is almost a bonus room. The space itself is great. I’m currently a student at Texas Tech University and it is by far the best housing that I’ve seen for a student as well as non-student students! Would definitely recommend!
