    I have lived here for the last year and now I am being told they won’t renew my lease because they need to remodel my already amazing apartment. It would have been nice to be offered to move to an already renovated apartment. I told them when I moved here, I was interested in staying for a few years and now here I am having to try to move after just 12 months. I wish they would have advised they could only offer one 12 month lease or offered to move to another apartment. It’s very disappointing, ...

    We've been living in this complex for almost ten years and successions of different ownerships was expected and happened. In the process, there were some highs and lows due to their priorities of running their business. At present, we have a new owner now and started with big changes to improve the overall condition of the facility. First, the road entrance had been resurfaced and new assorted plants were planted on the side road with new layers of green grass added for good natured color ...
    contrast. In addition, the sprinkler system was activated to ensure proper watering of the plants to withstand the sometimes extreme heat that could easily destroy the greeneries. In addition, improvement in the main office was evident by having new sets of furniture, TV and computers that residents are welcome to use. Further, the swimming pool area had been thoroughly cleaned and new sets of pool recliners were positioned as well. So many more changes are in the process and for prospective tenants, you have to see it yourself because this is a family friendly environment that you would like to be a part of. Last, but not least, the friendly staff Ms. Kami and Ms. Janice are friendly and true professional who exhibit the very high degree of customer service. And I cant forget CJ (the best maintenance guy ever!). all these awesome people make Portofino a great place to live along with all the updates and new management. Glad I chose to move here.
