    The upstairs neighbors are loud at times, but aside from that I like it here. Its comfortable; decently spacious, most importantly close to my job.

    I love my apartment so far and the area is decent. The staff has been really nice and helpful. I was a little bummed in took almost 2 weeks to get approved, most likely due to the holidays.

    Bad. My parking area lights are always off. Because never have power. If there’s power, in the moment when start raining, lights go out. And they take months to fix it. In one year, 300 days there’s no power. And I already had a car stolen in this apartment complex

    Nice neighborhood absolutely like it these apartments so far so good the neighborhood is really quiet I love that the only problem is that apartments area needs to be cleaner other than that I love these apartments

    It was beautiful at the beginning, the gates worked, you could get a work order done with-in a week and the people were good. The grounds were nice and clean. The people have changed, a work order can take up to a month to get done and the grounds look terrible.

    Since I’ve been living here anytime I put in a request for maintenance they come right away even when I had a scorpion lol and they are not pest control. Overall good community.

    Although it’s a community for people of modest means, the attention to detail is amazing! I love the service and ground so much that I moved into a two bedroom unit. The leasing staff is excellent, really helped with my transition from a one bedroom.

    Great experiences nice staff, feel very safe there, the only thing is some times the work orders take awhile, and the rent being due in the 1st and if you pay it on the 2nd it’s considered late I don’t like that because it’s hard right now and some people need at least until the 3rd or 4th

    Maintenance takes forever to get everything fix even if you allow entry they don’t go in they knock and leave .the cockroaches is a big problem too but other than that it’s not really a bad place to live in.

    I've lived in this apartment complex since October 2020 originally in a one-bedroom upstairs unit now I'm in a two-bedroom refurnished downstairs unit that I love there's been a lots of ups and downs but overall it's a safe clean place to call home.. Also with having a washer and dryer inside the unit you can't beat the price..
