Living here is like staying at a luxury hotel. The amenities are outstanding. The building is brand new with higher end finishes that look great, are practical and easy to keep clean. Nice welcome gifts. The dishwasher smelled really bad and dirty water came up when trying to use it for the first time. Also the fridge had a bad fish smell but that was easier to fix. Overall the apt was in good condition but it would’ve been nice to have the appliances cleaned in advance to us moving in.

I like how we have monthly community events, the area feels safe (key access card needed to enter), and I love the amenities here - the gym is accessible 24/7! And it has a sauna.
