August 24, 2025Overall property is nice. My apartment is lovely with lots of windows. The amenities are a bit disappointing - they really need to be an effort made to figure out how to add a pool or amenities other than bags and ping-pong. Resident events are great unfortunately they aren’t always well attended largely because they start really early and end early in the middle of the week making it hard for most of the working residence to attend. June 16, 2025very smooth moving in process, elevators were reserved and ready for us, we had access to carts to help with furniture, and the office staff were very helpful with any questions along the way.Property Manager Responded

March 17, 2025My unit is very nice and I love my floor plan. However, recently there have been several instances that have deteriorated my overall experience: residents regularly do not adhere to their lease (pot smoking, and more than 2 dogs/cats; failing to clean up for pets etc) and the building appears to turn a blind eye.Property Manager Responded
