Living here is like staying at a luxury hotel. The amenities are outstanding. The building is brand new with higher end finishes that look great, are practical and easy to keep clean. You can’t hear what’s going on in any of your neighbors’ apartment homes. Residents keep to themselves and don’t get in your business while remaining friendly! Nice welcome gifts. The dishwasher smelled really bad and dirty water came up when trying to use it for the first time. Also the fridge had a bad fish smell but that was easier to fix. Overall the apt was in good condition but it would’ve been nice to have the appliances cleaned in advance to us moving in.
