I had a lot of problems when I lived here. I wasn't even allowed in my apartment for the first week due to "repairs" I was not notified of until after I signed my lease, then they still had the gall to ask me to pay for utilities used during that window where I wasn't allowed in and hadn't set up an account for yet. When I had issues with my fridge and they replaced it, they instead replaced it with some used old thing they took from somewhere else and never bothered to clean it beforehand. It ...

Last October they gave out free stuff to anyone who left a 5 star review which is why Oct 2021 has so many fake 5 stars You can spend 30 hours cleaning and make everything spotless and they will still take all your money. It's a great apartment to live in as long as you are willing to pay a $600 deposit you will never see again. They will make up stains that are not there or charge you for stains the previous renters made and ignore your move in report you fill out.

Ian, the property manager, has been a delight to work with and has been ready to help us with anything! The room, and the whole complex, seem to be kept up really well. My roommate and I love living here. The apartment is spacious and gets lots of light! Maintenance is super quick to fix things if there are ever any problems. It’s a great location too! Ver close to the grocery store, gas station, coffee shops and parks. Overall, we have loved our experience here!
