I've lived at PG-JC for going 5 years. Shay and Tanner have been there the entire time managing the property and they're great! Shay is truly the main reason I moved in - when I first reached out, she walked me through what it was like living there since she also lived there. Shay and Tanner have always answered my questions and have been very understanding and accommodating. The only reason I can't give PG a full 5 stars is because throughout the years, the pool has been closed a few too many ...
times! The pool was a big draw for me to move in, so when it's not available, it's a real bummer!

Max of 2. We welcome most dogs, cats, small animals and exotic pets per local law. There is a maximum of 2 pets per unit. There is a non-refundable fee of $300.00 for one pet, $400 for two pets, and an additional $40.00 fee for Poo Prints for dogs.
