Shay is truly the main reason I moved in - when I first reached out, she walked me through what it was like living there since she also lived there. Shay and Tanner have always answered my questions and have been very understanding and accommodating. The only reason I can't give PG a full 5 stars is because throughout the years, the pool has been closed a few too many ...times! The management constantly ignores and lies about problems, and refuses to fix old appliances that do not work properly. If something goes wrong and you need emergency maintenance, be repaired to be yelled at by the staff. Our unit, was loaded with bugs including tics – we spent over $300.00 at veterinarian because of the bugs. The management staff, does not properly maintain the property. I loved having individual entrances to my apartment rather than communal hallways. People in the community were generally respectful and quiet. Staff was always responsive. October 8, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comDO NOT MOVE HERE. The only “luxury” in this apartment complex is the wonderful maintenance staff. The walls are thin as paper and the previous manager, Amber, did nothing to address our concerns and noise complaints. This complex was recently purchased and the new manager could care less about your concerns. Don’t waste your time looking into this property.Property Manager Responded
